Vinyasa Yoga is a series of connected yoga postures linked with breath work in a continues flow.

It improves flexibility, increased circulation as well as tendon and hard tissue strength, allowing the student to practice asanas with reduced risk of injury.

Our yoga classes are for everyone, beginner and experienced. Everyone is welcome!
