The
central idea of this powerful workshop is that the practice of Qigong paves the way for deep "healing" on levels you can't imagine
possible. So, Qigong and Spiritual Healing go hand in hand together, working towards the same goal:
- to heal old emotional hurts

to let go of trauma and drama
- to find peace and understanding
- to get to know your very own True Nature
- and so to responsibly re-create
the Life of your Dreams & Be Who You Were Born To Be!
Qigong ("chi gong") is an ancient exercise system from
China with focus on self-healing and cultivation of the life-force energy through easy-to-perform exercises, breathwork
& meditation.
Inner Wisdom is 'spiritual' or 'consciousness' healing work which is profound through its simplicity.
Divinely guided with help from the Ascended Masters and the Angelic Realms, we will listen to and discuss higher wisdom teachings
and stories, do easy guided meditations, supported by and woven together with inspirational music. This is the format, but energetically,
much more happens and the healing participants experience is hard to imagine but tangibly real.
