Family Constellations
Workshop
with Dr. Lucia Capacchione, Ph.D.
Family Constellations, originated by Bert Hellinger, is a method of healing and therapy
popular worldwide, especially in Europe, Mexico and the U.S. This profoundly spiritual method of transgenerational work goes beyond
most therapeutic systems, addressing the impact our ancestors' traumas and secrets has on us. These effects return from generation
to generation and are not usually accessible through typical therapy focused on the individual. We may be carrying physical, emotional,
mental and spiritual challenges that do not belong to us at all, but echo entanglements, traumas and secrets locked away in our family
history.
In this intensive with Lucia Capacchione, we work together to reveal ancestral burdens impacting our lives today. Focusing
on a particular issue or pattern, we choose others to stand in for key family members or elements. Representatives move spontaneously,
feeling and thinking as did the people they are standing in for. Anyone can do this. It takes no experience or special ability or
knowledge of the ancestor one is representing. Lucia assists representatives to acknowledge and release the burdens and suffering
of these ancestors. Removing energy blocks in this way allows love to flow again in the family system and in the individual whose
constellation is being done. This often resolves current problems in relationships, finances, career, health and more. Family Constellations
is amazingly powerful and deeply loving.
Lucia Capacchione, Ph.D., A.T.R., an art therapist for over 35 years, is bestselling
author of 13 books and pioneer in expressive arts therapies. She trained in Family Constellations with Dyrian and JoAnna Chartrand-Benz,
who studied with Bert Hellinger in Europe.
